Rules & policies

Admission rules and regulations for students and parents.

Tuesday 5:30pm – 7:30pm Saturday 10:00am – 1:30pm

£35 for the first child, £30 for the second, and £25 each for further children. Fees are payable in advance, including during holidays and absences.

Please pay by standing order by the 1st of each month, using your child's name as the reference.

A one-off charge may be collected for books and bags. Please bring a bag for books.

Please give us a contact number and email for a parent or guardian. We usually use WhatsApp for day-to-day communication.

Eight weeks a year, including four weeks in August and the rest around Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Easter and Christmas.

Students should arrive five minutes before class starts.

Please tell us about absences and ask for approval in advance.

Students must respect the masjid and behave well. We have a strict policy against bullying.

No video games, toys or comics. Mobile phones must be switched off. No sweets or drinks in class — water bottles are fine.

Children should dress modestly. Girls are encouraged to wear a headscarf. No jewellery.

Please give written notice at least one month in advance.
